When using LINE MNOTE .100 (any number exceeding the actual number of lines) and there are just 5 lines, the MNOTE appears after line 4.
LINE MNOTE .5 correctly goes after the last line, line 5.

Same behavior for R command: LINE R .100 repeats line4.

I'm on v8.5.7027
