Profile Editor: "Excessive operands for the NUMBER command"

Jo: I forget which other reported problem I was looking at, but this turned up while I was testing that out. It has been found and corrected already. It was triggered by a change in the way we ultimately put in the support for the NUMBER facility, and we ended up with a bit of the old abandoned code remaining.

I guess I really should kick myself and get another release published.

Meanwhile, perform the change via direct Primary commands until I get this release out.
