tks spf is so powerful its over my 69 year old head(i was great with ibm's spf)

ok i have a txt file thats 2 wide for ny like 30inch screen ,i thought i saw a way to (like excel maybe) squish say cols 100-200 so 1-99xx201-400 would show..
i thought i had a editor that could do that? maybe it was SPFse or editpad lite??? SPFse has a bunch of col commands (colsinsert colscopy colsdelete)
i can only see 230 cols in old spf
lite has so many commands(tl tll tm tmm g gg j jj etc etc) i can not remember i just assumed it was this editor

It's in ISPF - you set up a format name using 3.11 and specify the format name when selecting the dataset to edit.
