I just had the need to copy my existing SPFLite preferences/settings and load them to a new installation. I was forced to install a new HDD and had to cold install Windows plus everything else. I was able to copy the entire '..\Program Files (x86)\SPFLite' directory from my old HDD and slam it into my new HDD after I loaded a new iteration of SPFLite. Everything seems to be working OK, but this is sure an ugly way to get the job done.
I tried to find some sort of preferences/settings backup and restore procedure, but I couldn't find anything. This was my 'hammer to make it fit' solution.

If you want to 'clone' things quickly, simply copy the \Users\You\Documents\SPFLite folder from your backup (you DO have one I hope) to the new system. Everything regarding the configuration is in there.

Yes I do have a backup. Actually I have multiple backups. I will try your suggestion. Thank you.
