Sure, let my put my Karnak The Great turban on and play Johhny Carson.
What Mode? All of them? Just one? The values are saved individually for each mode.

Can you run CFGMaint -EXPORT ODefault and send it to me. I've seen an error in that area in my test version but I think it was a typo in my test version. Like to see what's in your CFG.

Can you try this. The format for FLISTS changed a long time ago from using commas as the 'section' delimiter, to using |.
I know for a long time, it would cope with commas as well. But in looking at the current prod. code, I don't see any support for commas any more. And that part of the code hasn't been touched for quite a long time.
Maybe this is causing this weirdness.

Hmmm, well anything you can spot that's repeatable is obviously helpful.
I've been playing with stuff under FM, but haven't seen it happen.

George: Looked in ODEFAULT FMDefMaster line and it contains since V11 an FLISTDET section . Looks like it's never used in _TabData GetFMSort call . Shoun't it be used instead of FILEPATH in following Loaddata Code ?
CASE %FMFileList ' A Filelist type
SELECT CASE AS CONST$ FileListNm ' Which type
CASE ELSE ' Any others
DirSort = ENV.GetFMSort("FILEPATH", 1) ' Fetch the Dir sort
DefSort = ENV.GetFMSort("FILEPATH", 2) ' Fetch the Def sort
Hope that _DialogStuff SetFMLast call saves it correctly if Sort order is changed . Do you think this might work ? Thanks

MUEH: Yes, that's a remnant of some old design. It doesn't hurt though. With the FM revisions I'm doing, I'll see if I can auto-clean it out of there.
