Sometimes after doing some FIND and/or LOCATE, the File in EDIT is saved, even when no changes have been made. And a BACKUP is eventually created. This is unnecessary and changes the LWDATE. And adds to the count of BACKUP-files. Therefore I would suggest to change the logic to act like "SAVE COND". Maybe thru starting the ACTION-counter only when "Get_modified" is set.

Now, I think there are no severe problems with 2.5 --- therefore I would like to ask for this suggestion. What do you think ?

Jo: Good idea, and trivial to do. Basically, if the file is unmodified, the Action Counter is ignored and no SAVE will be done till (and unless) the file is modified.
Will be in the next release.
