Robert: Hmm, yes a quirk. I tested and what it does is to
A) Wipe out the internal edit data b) Then prompt for permission to delete. You said no, so it did NOT delete your file.
But you were left in an empty edit session because the 'no permission' also skipped the actual tab close. But then if you then yourself closed the tab, and the data was saved, you'd have an empty file. Is that what you saw? Because if you said NO to PURGE permission, it simply would NOT have deleted your file.
I've changed it now so the prompt YES/NO answers ONLY apply to the file deletion, the tab will still get closed by the cancel.

Robert: If you said NO when asked for PURGE/DELETE permission, the file is NOT deleted - period!
In the current version - the DATA is wiped (in memory) but the tab remains OPEN. If you then do an END, the tab is closed and normal AUTOSAVE processing decides whether to save the now (Empty) file or not.
In my corrected version (not in Beta yet), if you say NO to PURGE/DELETE, the file is NOT deleted, but the CANCEL contunues and the tab is closed. The YES/NO answer is for the PURGE/DELETE processing only, it is not a YES/NO as to whether to continue CANCEL or not.
