V22095 beta - don't know about other versions.
There's a difference in the way hi-lighting works between FIND and CHANGE.
The command FIND 'e' ALL will hi-light every occurence of the letter 'e', even when many occur on the same line.
The command CHANGE 'e' '#' ALL will hi-light only one/some of the '#' when more than one 'e' occurs on the same line. Note, CHANGE will correctly change each occurrence, but only hi-light some of those changes.

Thanks Robert.
Hmm, goes wrong for me every time, with or without AUTO colorisation turn on.
Re-tried it with a 'virgin' CFG file and it worked as it should. Then re-tried it with my actual CFG file and it also worked as it should.
So it's not the CFG. (Did think that unlikely, but sometimes it fxes weird things) I wonder if the implied restart of SPFLite influenced it.
I shall keep an eye out - see if it happens again.
