Hi, not sure what's going on here. Did you choose any different paths etc. for the install, or just take the defaults?

hi george just unzipped it,ran the install and used the default. the macro dir does have allcaps, Attachments:

Just a few thoughts that come to mind...
You say you were installing on a "new Win 10 device". Was the SPFLITE directory already there (maybe from a restore or copy from you previous/other device), or was the installation building the entire SPFLITE directory structure from scratch? Do you keep all the SPFLITE file and folders in the same place or have you split the SPFLite HOME and DATA directories (different path name for each on the OPTIONS CONFIG page)? If they are split, is the DATA directory on the local machine on a network drive? What happens if you rename the ALLCAPS.MACRO you have to something else and retry the install? If the install then works, it's probably an issue with just that file. If it trips over another MACRO, it's probably an issue with the \MACROS directory. If the SPFIte directory is on a network drive, it's possibly security related, and there's a Windows Registry tweak that can fix it.
