My current HELP file reads v2.7.23056, which is confusing in itself as I installed v3.0.23088 over it some months ago.
I think the reason may be that Norton AV sticks it's nose in, moaning about and blocking some activites by the installer.
I told it to exclude the process and now have HELP v3.023088, but the observations below are still true...
I think the list of keyboard primitives and their descriptions are not up to date.
I was looking up somehing related to the various new INSERT and DELETE modes and found primitives like (SetINS), (SetDIN) and (SetOVR) are not represented.
However, the older primitives (DataInsert), etc were still there including the description of 'toggle' fiunction, etc.
It is probably worth revisiting this entire section in the light of the changes made to the more recent versions of the codebase.
