File Manager "CUT" primary command without operand and no linecommand fails with "Cut to clipboard failed". Any C,C/,CC linecommands are rejected with "Unknown line command:"

Jo: Well, somehow in the last 'enhancement' to handling FM Line commands, the support for the C/CC line commands was 'cut' (no pun intended).
I've put it back, it will be in the next Beta version.
