Hello,
I'm not sure this would be considered a problem, but I'm wondering why File Manager doesn't recognize a primary command of NEW (Unknown command: NEW) since there is a selection on the toolbar of _ New.
Regards, Terry

Terry: Probably because nobody ever asked for it.
Don't forget you can create 'commands' of your own sometimes using command aliases. For example, your need can be handled by issuing the following, once:
SET alias.new = 'EDIT NEW'
And now you have your NEW command.

Terry Glad the alias worked.
Robert: As to adding trivial commands like NEW when a simple alias will handle it, you know that ain't going to happen. Besides, it then also means documenting it, and the Doc. is already scary in size. We put in all that stuff like aliases and macros etc. to avoid having to continue adding to the code bloat.
