I'm not sure if this is "working as designed" but it has caught me out a few times.
SPFLite termination differs to the way other Windows applications behave. If you terminate a SPFLite session by closing the window via the X icon at the right end of the Title bar, all changes to open edit sessions (note plural) are saved. I suspect that's because I have specified AUTOSAVE ON NOPROMPT in my profiles, but I submit that pressing PF3 (END) in one edit session (note singular) signals different intent to terminating the whole SPFLite session using the standard MS Windows dialog icon. Other Windows applications present a some kind of "SAVE, NOSAVE or CANCEL" dialog and I suggest that SPFLite should do like wise. Alternatively, perhaps it would be useful if AUTOSAVE provided an extra parameter to invoke "EXIT CANCEL" processing in this situation instead of just "END".

Stef: I'm not clear what you expect. AUTOSAVE provides the PROMPT/NOPROMPT option. If you choose NOPROMPT, then how can you possibly complain that it saves without asking?
It sounds like you want a set of AUTOSAVE options that apply to END processing, and a different set of AUTOSAVE options that apply to EXIT processing. Sorry, that will never happen.
