Not really a great problem, but somewhat inconsistent: When I delete NOTE or xNOTE-Lines with line-command "D", the file is not indicated as changed. But when I use DEL NOTE or DEL xNOTE as primary command, the file is indicated as changed, and a subsequent SAVEALL COND will unnecessarily save the file.
As I said, not an importent issue, but ..

Found. The process for deleting a line takes about 3 calls to various functions to free up the line's resources. The setting of the MOD flag was being done AFTER a function that had reset the line data and wiped out the fact it was a NOTE line. When the MOD setting routine examined things, it was no longer a NOTE line, so MOD was set.
I just moved the calls around so the NOTE check is done before the line status is altered.
