Sometimes I copy files from one PC to another, or use files on a thumb-drive on different PCs. Therefore, the STATE-Infos are, of cource, often incorrect and Message "STATE file line count does not match ..." arises. As I remember, in some previous SPFLite-Version (? 10 or earlier??) the STATE-Infos were silently rebuilt, even when I not save the File.
I don't want to save an unchanged File, just to update the STATE-Iinfo, because that would drive the sync-job to copy this file back to the other PC locations.. Is there an easy way to correct/rebuild the STATE-File from within the EDIT/VIEW/BROWSE-Tab ? From FM, there is the (relativly) new L/LINES linecommand, but is there a way to accomplish this from inside the EDIT/VIEW/BROWSE ? Or could it be done automatically ??
Thanks Jo

Jo: Right, there's no way other than the FM LINES command. So I've added another operand to the STATE command, you will be able to enter STATE SAVE at any point to create/update STATE data. This will be done regardless of what the STATE setting is (ON/OFF, etc.)
It was all of 4 lines of code, so why not.
