Robert: Ok, I scanned the HnD source (we use the word AUTO FAR too much!) and revised each of the involved sections.
AUTO and AUTONL are now treated the same as the old AUTONL option. i.e. a lone CR character is simply treated as a new line request. There is no longer any overprint support.
