According to the documentation, the S (show lines) line command accepts an optional numeric count to display a subset of the excluded lines. eg. take a line like " ------ --------------------------------------- <000123> ------" Enter ' S' in the line number field to display the entire block of 123 lines Entering 'S2' is supposed to display just 2 lof the excluded lines.
However, 'S<digits>' always displays all lines in the excluded block.
I think the line command works as intended, but the documentation is probably wrong, given that S<digits> is equivalent to F<digits>.

Robert: Thanks for the explanation, I doubt I could have described it. SPFLite just has too many 'wrinkles'.
