In reviewing some code for another problem I came across some stuff which supports exhanced Line Range operands.
My thought was "I've never, ever used this, in fact I've forgotten about it"
So, with a thought of ripping out unneeded/unused complexity in the code ...
Does anyone even use this support?
i.e. FIND ALL "FRED" .<123 OR .>456 FIND ALL FRED :<>ABC

Robert: I figured that. I just stumbled across this convoluted code and went "This has to go". It's a mess to parse and another mess to implement it.

[UPDATE] Executive decision. Support has been removed. [/UPDATE]

The whole thing. Two line values are always treated as:
If test-line >= line1 AND test-line <= line2 then select-the-line.
Since that was the effective action before, if no enhanced requests were made.
