Hi,
This is not really a bug because I doubleclick instead of a simple click.
I have a directory with one file: l1.huj The extension "huj" should be new (so no INI-file exists in spflite/profiles).
spflite.exe * doubleclick on l1.huj file l1.huj is opened but editor shows no data from l1.huj
(spflite main window overlaps or hides the ini-window)
Thanks Jonas

File l1.huj is not empty.
With doubleclicking, the "default new profile ini" window is behind the main window (z-order).
It not really a bug, it is a little bit confusing.
Maybe the "default new profile ini" window should be modal.

Yes, you are right about the doubleclick. But the behaviour is still confusing. Here is an other sample without doubleclick: There is a file l1.huj (not empty, see blue window on right side at attached image) without a ini-file. spflite * click on l1.huj a new window "create new profile ini" appears. because the window is not _modal_ you can ignore it. Go to spflite main window, go to second tab (l1.huj). It is empty, so I can add data to the file l1.huj, see attached images. Jonas

Jonas: Robert: Well the dialog was being issued MODAL, but unfortunately it was created without pointing at the parent window, so it defaults to Desktop. Not good.
Corrected for next release.
